Bell is a National Academy of Sports Medicine NASM certified personal trainer. Ever since he started playing sports in middle school, fitness has been an integral part of his life, all thanks to the motivation from his family and coaches. He wants to provide that same motivation by being that voice that says “I can do one more;” helping others form lifelong habits and reaching their full potential.
Bell believes that building a strong foundation of proper technique, followed by consistency and progression, will allow you to achieve any fitness goals, whether those goals include weight loss, improved balance, endurance training, muscle building or strength. Bell believes everyone has the potential to improve in all aspects of life, especially in health and fitness.
