WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE?

Provides a basic introduction to the gym. It also provides an opportunity to receive a general fitness routine. It is not designed as a continuation of physical therapy or an opportunity to focus on individual health concerns and challenges

Fitness session specifically designed for a client, based on his/her goals and physical challenges. It is intended to address an individual’s physical goals, limitations or challenges and can additionally incorporate exercises suggested by physical therapists upon completion of physical therapy.
